Pipework Utilities has been established for over ten years in Cheshire UK close to junction 17 of the M6. Consisting of a core of technical and workshop staff boasting, between them, over 100 years experience in process control systems, production of valve jackets and jacketed pipework.

The unique design of jacketed pipework consists of a pipe within a pipe, so that the process pipe is shrouded by an outer casing kept at a constant temperature by running steam or hot water through the annulus between the pipes. This prevents ambient cooling of the product, thus enabling an even flow.

We extend this process even further by producing a valve jacket to ensure an even flow of both product and heating medium. This design can be used for many different types of industry including bitumen, sulphur, fats, chocolates, paints, adhesives and many more. We can produce small and large Bottle Skids and Kettles in stainless steel pipework, either process or jacketed, from half inch diameter upwards and can include weldneck or slip-on flanges.
